The internal layout of The Mietta has been designed to create flexibility to suit adapdable lifestyle in the furutre.

The Entry, which becomes the main spine to the house plan, divides the house in two. The garage is located on the east side with zero side setback. Retreat, Study, Bed 1, Ensuite and Walk-in-Robe sits west of access spine and forms the ‘Parents Retreat Zone’.

Open plan living and dining is closely related to the kitchen, which is the main entertainment core of the house. The large walk-in-pantry and laundry is subtly hidden behind the kitchen .

East of the access sine is a row of joinery and services wall that also serves to provide separation to the sleeping zone. Three bedrooms, bathroom and powder room can be easily closedoff from the rest of the house.

At the end of this sleep zone is a Theatre/Rumpus room .This secondaty living and entertainment space provides for additional flexibility for a young family. This is perfect playroom, away from the adult’s enetainment zone.
